Deluxe Herb Stripper

This unique Herb Stripper will be a must for the cook who loves to use fresh herbs and a great tool for the professional chef.  One side is serrated to scrape larger herbs, with the other side having a knife edge so that you can cut up lettuce and greens.  The scraper is 9 inches by two and has seven holes ranging from a half-inch down to one-eighth of an inch. They are made from cherry and maple.
