The bread knife is designed to slice fresh bread from very thin to Texas toast size. It's also great for slicing tomatoes, and onions. Has Miss Hattie's Recipe that dates back to pioneer times. The recipe also has the starter instructions. Miss Hattie rode a horse-drawn buggy to teach in several local schools. Bread knives can be Maple, Cheery, or Ambrosia Maple, depending on our stock. Most will Ambrosia Maple.
